GENERAL DESCRIPTION

CC-HP are ducted axial fans ideal for installations requiring large airfl ow with relatively low pressure drop, like ventilation and cooling systems. Like other series of axial ducted fans, CC-HP are easy to install. Besides, they are particularly long lasting and robust because of the CFD designed high performance axial impellers with airfoil profile blades, totally made in die-cast aluminum. CC-HP are available in a wide range of models with diameters from 400 to 1600 in 2,4,6,8 poles and versions 3,6,9 blades. They are suitable for conveying clean air with temperatures from -20°C to + 50°C in continuous service.

CONSTRUCTION

• Short casing in steel sheet, with fixing flanges manufactured according to UNI ISO 6580. Protected against atmospheric agents by epoxy paint. • High performance axial impeller with airfoil profile blades, totally made in die-cast aluminum. Balanced according ISO 1940. Variable pitch angle in still position. • Asynchronous three-phase motors according to international standards IEC 60034, IEC 60072, EMC 2004/108/CE, LVD 2006/95/CE, CE marked, IP 55, class F. • Execution 4 (with impeller directly coupled to motor with feet) and airflow from motor to impeller.
